How do I get Clickmachine?

form on this website and one of our friendly members of staff will respond
as soon as possible and furnish you with all the information you will need to
get started.
Datapartners will give you access to the Public Demo of Clickmachine
so you can “try before you buy”. Again, just contact us and we will
happily arrange this for you.
How much does Clickmachine cost?
The set-up and installation of Clickmachine is completely free.
There is a one-off cost of £350 for the customer database (only applicable
if you are not already running a related Datapartners product) but this is only
required if you want to integrate Clickmachine with other Datapartners apps
and have secure member pages.
There is a monthly hosting fee of £12 per month. If you
want additional sites added to the same account, these will be an additional
£6 per month.

Can I customise the template?
You have the ability to change the colours and styles of most
aspects of the template but the overall positioning of the various elements
(by that we mean the header, footer, top navigation and side navigation) are
fixed and cannot be changed.
Do I get support with Clickmachine?
There is only limited support for Clickmachine. We will endeavour
to do our best to help with support queries and point you in the right direction
with the but we like to encourage you to use the Wish list on your main Securio
dashboard.
Can I move Clickmachine away from Datapartners?
No. Clickmachine is part of the Datapartners suite of products
and will not work outside its own environment. The hosting charge you pay is
for the renting of web space on our server and does not entitle you to claim
any ownership of the module. The “pages” do not technically exist
as the data is dynamically drawn from the global database and is in a tangled
structure that is not feasible to separate.
What if I want to cancel my Clickmachine?
Obviously we don’t want to lose customers and we always
strive to build long-standing relationships. However, we are aware that sometimes
people feel the need to move on and we fully appreciate this. We do, however,
require 30 days notice of cancellation in writing (email is sufficient).
